The application to build a house in the woodland has been received. It is very disappointing to see this appear; however, it now gives everyone the opportunity to voice their concerns directly to the planning authority.

Hopefully the owner will also be reminded of their obligation to upkeep the woodland too, especially as they declare it to be deteriorating whilst under their ownership.
